土虱一般來說是很好釣的，基本上手竿就使用一般池釣釣組，甩竿就中通鉛沉底單鉤即可，
甩竿線組母線5號以上，子線3號以上，除非遇上怪物不然基本上一些中咖都還OK拉
手竿拿福壽戰鬥池的裝備來應戰會比較輕鬆，但是要用軟竿細線較能體驗搏魚樂趣
餌料因為喜好腥臭，所以使用活蝦、豬肝、蚯蚓、泥鰍、雞腸階可，我有過使用粒仔釣獲的經驗過

釣組:母線 中通鉛 八字環 子線 勾子或
母線 捨棄線 捨棄鉛 八字環 子線 勾子
母線如大頭明說的5號以上,子線3號以上
勾子:伊勢尼7號以上皆可(不用怕勾子太大)
餌料:黑蚯蚓 雞肝 雞腸 豬肝(新鮮或發臭皆可) 泥鰍 蝦子(活 死都可以)
釣竿:如上所說戰鬥竿5號以上或小繼竿3號以上皆可
力櫓:1000型以上即可
